Travel Hospice RN

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate Travel Hospice RN to deliver high-quality end-of-life care across diverse settings. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex pain and symptoms, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families. Responsibilities include creating and updating care plans, administering medications, providing education on disease progression, and ensuring accurate EMR documentation.
