Senior Workday HCM Lead Implement &Optimize

Welltower is seeking a Workday HCM Functional Lead in Dallas to serve as a customer-facing expert across Core HCM, security, compensation, benefits, payroll, and recruiting. The role splits roughly 50/50 between delivering new implementation projects and ongoing production support, guiding go-lives and post-go-live troubleshooting.
