PODIATRIC ASSISTANT PART TIME/Social Medial Coordinator
Established Podiatric practice is searching for a Medical Assistant to work in our North Fort Myers office. This position will maintain efficient patient flow and work well with other staff members to provide the highest level of medical care and customer service to our patients. Looking to expand on Social Medial Presence. Experience with Facebook/Instagram/TicToc is an added advantage.
Duties:
● Provide superior medical care and customer service to our patients
● Accompany patients to treatment rooms
● Prepare patients for exam/treatment
● Work with electronic medical records
● Help prepare patient by obtaining medical history, vital signs etc
● Confirm purpose of visit/treatment
● Assist Doctor as necessary
● Performing X-rays
● Assisting with Ultrasound and Fluoroscope
● Submit lab orders, set appointments for wound care, MRI’s and other diagnostic studies
● Sterilize instruments
● Maintain a clean office environment
● Perform other duties as assigned
● Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and work in a diverse environment
Education and/or Experience
● High school diploma or GED
Social Media Experience welcomed.
Employment Type: Part-Time, Monday- Thursday (up to 32 hours)
