Job Description Telehealth Physician (MD/DO) | 1099 Contract | 50-State Licensed | $190/hr Fully remote 1099 telehealth role performing Medicare Chronic Care Management(CCM) Initiating Visits. Monday-Friday day shift, no on-call, no weekend, noafter-hours. Immediate start. SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION - 1099 independent contractor - $190/hour, paid bi-weekly - Monday-Friday, approximately 11:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific (1:00-7:00 PM Central) - 6-7 hour clinic days - Peak volume: 3:00-7:00 PM Central / 1:00-5:00 PM Pacific; Friday is the busiest day of the week - No on-call, no weekends, no after-hours - Pacific Time residence preferred (open to any qualified physician willing to work the shift) THE WORK - Medicare CCM Initiating Visits (training provided on the EMR) - Roughly 90% are 5-10 minute audio calls; 10% are short video visits - RNs complete 15-25 minutes of chart prep before each visit - Visit objectives: medication reconciliation, identification of two or more chronic conditions, and obtaining patient consent for CCM services - Paid training (1 to 1.5 hours)REQUIRED - Active medical license in all 50 U.S. states - Specialty: Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) - Active Medicare provider enrollment via PECOS, in good standing - Clean OIG LEIE and SAM exclusion-list status - Strong telehealth presence and patient communication skills WHAT'S INCLUDED - Medical malpractice coverage ($1M/$3M) - Bi-weekly pay - Onboarding and scheduling support TO APPLYSend CV to Tim Goonan at View email address on click.appcast.io or call/text View phone number on click.appcast.io.
