Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Site Reliability Automation Engineer Team Lead to join our Production Services/SRE team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps engineers across multiple locations and time zones.Define and drive technical strategy for deployment automation and infrastructure reliability, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure and deployment systems.Design, develop, and operate automation platforms supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), leveraging backend services primarily in Python and Go.Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, including MS Azure and on-prem Private Cloud, using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
