Overview As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks. Responsibilities Deliver the Tillys Experience to customers in a friendly and engaging manner. Support Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates. Execute operational tasks to maintain store performance. Benefits Hourly Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 (dependent on experience, skill set, store volume, and location). 401(k) plan.
