Veterinary Associates of Cape Cod is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! As the largest privately owned veterinary hospital on Cape Cod , we are proud to be celebrating 50 years of compassionate, progressive veterinary care for pets and the people who love them.

What You’ll Do

As a CSR, you will help create an outstanding client experience by:

• Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments and managing a busy multi-line phone system
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with pet owners
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating closely with doctors and technicians to support patient care
• Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front desk environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Compassionate, professional, and dependable
A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
Passionate about helping pets and the people who love them
A team player who enjoys learning and growing

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Veterinary or animal hospital experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Requirements:

• Flexible availability required
• Ability to work evenings and rotating weekends
