Retail Shift Leader

Location: 4606 Australian Ave. W. Palm Beach, Florida 33407 Pay Range: $16.00/hr to $17.50/hr Job Overview EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead daily operations and build strong customer relationships. The role includes training, supervision, and direct sales responsibilities, with a pathway to lead pawnbroker and assistant manager positions. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers. Process loans and extensions and negotiate satisfactory terms for pawned items. Open and close the store according to procedures. Supervise, coach, and develop store team members. Promote sales and assist customers in purchasing pawn items. Ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Strong organizational, judgment, and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of common pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background and bilingual ability are a plus.
