Regional DirectorJob Title: Regional Director – Correctional HealthcareEducation: Bachelor's degree required; healthcare administration, business, or related degree preferredLicensure: Appropriate professional license/certification if required by assigned dutiesExperience: Healthcare operations/management experience, preferably correctional or institutional healthcare.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary corporate/regional management liaison for the contract.Provide operational oversight for healthcare services at the Adult Correctional Center and Juvenile Detention Center.Monitor staffing, performance, compliance, quality, and contract deliverables.Conduct facility visits and operational performance reviews.Coordinate with County representatives and facility leadership.Support recruitment, retention, training, and corrective action activities.Ensure corporate resources are available to support successful contract performance.Assist facility leadership with operational and staffing challenges.Preferred Qualifications / JobDiva Search Terms:Correctional healthcare managementAdult and/or juvenile detention experienceMulti-facility operational oversightHealthcare compliance and qualityNCCHC standardsACA standards/accreditationMedical, behavioral health, nursing, and/or dental operationsGovernment/county correctional healthcare contractsContract managementHealthcare program implementation and transitionAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
