Programming Analyst - AI Trainer

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements: We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. We need proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We look for strong writing ability and excellent grammar. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred. We only consider candidates located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clear, high-quality code samples along with thorough explanations. We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.
