Project Management, Senior Associate

Amgen seeks a Senior Associate in Project Management to coordinate scientific data, support cross-functional initiatives, and improve operational processes within a remote role. The position requires organizing data for sharing, managing requests across teams, and identifying workflow automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Compile and quality-check scientific data into approved formats; verify completeness and consistency
- Manage scientific data requests by identifying systems and tools to streamline procurement
- Coordinate data exchanges with internal and external partners, ensuring approvals and requirements are met
- Support internal initiatives and memberships by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking actions
- Build business information tools by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting implementation
Requirements
- Master's degree, OR Bachelor's with 2+ years life sciences project coordination experience
- Associate's degree with 6+ years project coordination or technical operations in life sciences
- High school diploma with 8+ years project coordination experience in life sciences
- Experience managing scientific data in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving and ability to escalate decisions appropriately
- Experience with process improvement and workflow automation
