Process Engineer

About The Opportunity Design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment and plants (pilot to fully operational) to achieve production goals. Key Duties And Responsibilities Develop and improve manufacturing methods consistent with the principles of scientific mold and process control. Manage plant, equipment, and process improvement projects, as assigned. Manage the process to optimize press cycle time and consistency. Assist in the development and manufacture of new tools to minimize ‘time to market’ while maximizing cost effectiveness. Collaborate with operations, technical and hourly personnel to optimize processes. Participate in the selection of processes and mold design considerations for new products. Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment. Lead various scrap improvement activities. Other duties as assigned.
