OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Bayonne, NJ by HMD Trucking

Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Join HMD Trucking’s Bayonne, NJ flatbed operations for national freight hauling.
Position Summary:
- Operate fully equipped flatbed trucks with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, and rider seats.
- Secure and tarp loads, inspect equipment, and deliver safely and on time.
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Perks & Compensation:
- $0.70/mile base pay plus $0.10 CPM performance bonus
- $5,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO & 401(k)
- Consistent freight, regular home time, and 24/7 maintenance
