Provalus is seeking a Part Time Recruiting Coordinator to facilitate and oversee key new hire onboarding tasks, ensuring every required step is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards . This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage sensitive information with discretion, communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams, and keep multiple onboarding processes moving forward at the same time. Hours: Monday-Thursday 5m-9pm Remote opportunities available

THE JOB

Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks, including background checks, drug screening registrations, credit checks, fingerprint screenings, and other pre-employment steps. Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate onboarding data across systems and records. Progress Tracking: Track progress, follow up on outstanding items, and keep onboarding moving smoothly. Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring teams, and internal partners. Confidentiality: Protect confidential information and handle sensitive details with discretion. Problem-Solving: Step back, assess the big picture, and create a plan when requests feel complex or urgent. Role Requirements include: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
