Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• PALS certification
• Greater than 2 years of experience
• Experience working in an adult ICU
• Experience treating pediatric patients in the ER, including intubation and mechanical ventilation
• Experience in a level 1 nursery, including attending high-risk deliveries and serving as part of the resuscitation team
• Experience working on Med Surg floors
• Experience with Drager V500 ventilators, V60 bipap, Hamilton T-1 transport ventilator, Airvo high flow oxygen units, neopuff, and Ram cannula
• Experience using EPIC documentation system

• Hours: 1900-0700
• Weekend requirements apply
• No call required
• Float to all areas of the hospital
