We're seeking a driven data professional to support critical enterprise applications, optimize database performance, and develop scalable data solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server and Azure SQL databases. Create and optimize T-SQL code, database objects, and data models. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure database availability, reliability, and security. Build and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and data transformation processes using Azure technologies. Support backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and data integrity initiatives. Partner with application development, infrastructure, and analytics teams to deliver scalable data solutions. Execute database deployments, upgrades, and change management activities in accordance with SLAs. Implement database security controls and support compliance requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience with SQL Server database administration and development. 2+ years of experience with Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Automation, or related Azure services. Strong expertise in T-SQL, performance tuning, replication, and database optimization. Experience building and supporting ETL processes and data pipelines. Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, GitHub, data modeling, and cloud-based database environments. Experience with tools such as SSMS, Visual Studio, SQL Profiler, and Azure data platforms. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Availability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
