Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, active LPN/LVN license
• Prior experience working with children and young adults with severe disabilities
• Skilled in G-tube feeding and medication administration
• Experienced in using Hoyer lifts and assisting with diapering
• Competent in seizure management and related protocols
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting students with autism, medical complexities, and significant support needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer G-tube feeds and daily medications
• Assist with mobility/transfers using Hoyer lifts; provide personal care as needed
• Monitor, respond to, and manage medical emergencies including seizures
• Work closely with educational and therapeutic staff to address each student’s unique needs
• Maintain accurate health records, medication logs, and communication with families
• Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
