About the Role

Are you a sales-driven professional with a talent for building relationships and exceeding targets? We're seeking a Aesthetic Sales Lead (Sales Manager)
who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering both results and exceptional client experiences.

This is more than a front desk role — you'll be a key revenue driver, upselling services and crafting custom solutions that leave clients coming back for more. What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Revenue : Promote spa services, treatments, and packages to both new and loyal clients.
Upsell & Cross-Sell : Craft personalized recommendations that align with client needs and maximize sales.
Build Client Relationships : Foster loyalty by creating exceptional client experiences and following up with care.
Exceed Goals : Consistently meet and surpass individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate Creatively : Work with the team to design promotions and strategies that attract and retain clients.
Stay Informed : Keep up with spa trends, wellness services, and new offerings to better serve and impress clients.
Deliver Outstanding Service : Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every client leaves satisfied.

What We're Looking For

Sales or customer service experience (spa, wellness, or hospitality industries preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect, influence, and inspire trust
A relationship builder who understands and anticipates client preferences
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding performance targets
Spa industry knowledge is a bonus — enthusiasm for health and wellness is a must
Highly organized , energetic, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to daily tasks
