C++ With Perl Developer

We are seeking a skilled C++ with Perl Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and automation tools. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++ programming along with hands-on experience in Perl scripting, Linux environments, and modern software development practices. The role involves working across system components, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration between applications and services.
Required Technical / Functional Skills
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, memory management, and modern C++ standards.
- Hands-on experience in Perl scripting, including object-oriented Perl, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain Perl-based tools and automation scripts.
- Strong experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including shell commands, scripting, and scheduling jobs (cron or similar tools).
- Good knowledge of SQL databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI concepts.
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST API integration, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Git version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and memory-efficient applications using C++.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation tools, scripts, and backend utilities using Perl and other scripting languages such as Shell or Python where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth integration across systems and services.
- Optimize existing C++ and Perl codebases for performance, security, and scalability improvements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across integrated C++ and Perl environments.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality and reliable software delivery.
- Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Manage development workflows using Git and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth build and deployment processes.
