Human Resources Assistant
Turabify Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department's daily operations. In this role, you will assist with recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing company while developing your HR skills in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support benefits administration and assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination letters.
- Coordinate employee orientation and training sessions.
- Assist with HR compliance and record keeping.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
