Also provides leadership oversight for bereavement and volunteer functions within Hospice. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Qualifications What’s Required Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a BSN, ADN with completion of a BA/BS or BSN within 3 years, or graduation from an approved school of Physical or Occupational Therapy 2 years Home Care or Hospice experience required 3 years clinical experience required Licensed as Registered Nurse and in good standing with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulation or licensed as a Physical or Occupational Therapist in the State of Michigan and in good standing. OASIS certification (Home Care specific) preferred Possesses current Michigan motor vehicle license, ability to drive a car, and insured vehicle capable of transport to patient homes or other offices in various weather conditions.
