Formulation Manager – up to $160k base + 10% bonus & benefits This role will head up a small team in R & D developing aerosol products. The base salary for the role is up to $160,000 plus 10% bonus, health, dental, vision & 401k. Responsibilities Manage and coach the R & D Formulation team Lead in the development and approval of SOPs Act as the Subject Matter Expert on all formulation matters Be the primary contact for customers regarding formulation decisions Candidate Profile Bachelor of Science degree with at least 5 years’ laboratory experience At least 5 years’ experience in the personal care or related industry Excellent knowledge of R & D IT systems Strong technical formulation skills Ideally, experience in formulating aerosol products Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Research, Science, and Manufacturing Industries Personal Care Product Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
