About the Role

This role plays a critical part in providing consulting services to Banking clients in the Commercial Lending domain.

Must be experienced in commercial lending business knowledge and strong technical implementation expertise with Fiserv’s Servicing platform DNA.

Review current state and assist in trouble shooting DNA implementation issues in collaboration with the business stakeholders. Work with the development team in seamless analysis, brain storming implementation of solutions.

Strong technical leadership and background in the MS tech stack such as.net, SQL Server, etc.

Participate in the Agile development process in delivering increments of final product.

Good in client communication, written, and information gathering skills and good to have report building experience.

The right candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery/implementations/trouble shooting and provide the outstanding solutions for the clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and demonstrate applying industry Architecture and Development best practices
• Hands-on experience and expertise with Microsoft tech stack such as.Net, SQL Server, Azure, etc.
• Demonstrate the Commercial Lending industry expertise in the following:
• Consumer/Commercial/Mortgage Product
• Consumer Loan Servicing, Commercial Loan Servicing
• Mortgage Loan & Escrow Servicing
• Investor/Participation Lending
• Back Office Processing
• Provide development leadership in supporting DNA implementation and troubleshooting including:
• Configuring and Implementing DNA Core Processing Functionality
• Documenting client and internal discussions and decisions
• Executing specific duties and groups of work as assigned
• Managing/resolving a fixed percentage of Service cases while preparing and escalating others to higher levels within the team
• Testing new features and functionality of the DNA product suite
• Engaging with clients and evaluate Readiness for conversion
• Assisting the client with redefining the Loan Servicing processes and procedures
• Assisting the client to define proper institution parameter and system settings
• Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite
• Responsible for pre-conversion remote and on-site client assistance to ensure data integrity, which may include third party interfaces.
• Responsible for understanding and developing in-house client applications/systems interfaces from DNA, such collateral management, digital banking, origination system, etc.
• Diagnosing and recommending solutions to issues.
• Responsible for assisting clients in writing business specs for custom processes.
• Responsible to assist client in testing any applicable custom code.
• Ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or any technical fields.
• 10+ years of experience in Delivery or Development Leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lending experience, working in the Banking and/or credit union industry
• Analytical thinking & highly motivated to execute on deliverables on time
• 2+ years DNA core processing system experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing experience with internal/external clients
• Flexibility to work after hours/on-call as needed basis
• Prior DNA conversion experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Tech stack
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings to stakeholders and team members.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
