RecruiterOur client is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple business areas. This role is focused on attracting, screening, and moving candidates through the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) Compensation: $29-34/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hoursKey ResponsibilitiesManage recruiting activity from requisition intake through offer stagePartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting support throughout the search processSource candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsReview resumes and conduct initial candidate screeningsMaintain active candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with applicantsCoordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep the hiring process moving efficientlyPost and manage job openings across recruiting platformsMaintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the applicant tracking systemProvide regular hiring updates and pipeline status reports to hiring managersSupport offer coordination, pre-employment processes, and onboarding logisticsDeliver a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalismQualifications2+ years of recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environmentExperience managing multiple open positions simultaneouslyStrong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skillsAbility to build relationships with hiring managers and candidatesExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting toolsStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a broader teamThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting and wants to play a direct role in helping teams attract and hire talent.
