Jenkins & Wynne is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Service Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Clarksville, Tennessee!

As a Service Coordinator, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with scheduling service appointments for our Ford, Lincoln, and Honda service departments.

Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming service scheduling calls for Jenkins & Wynne Ford, Lincoln, and Honda.

Assist customers with scheduling maintenance, repair, and recall appointments.

Accurately enter customer and vehicle information into dealership scheduling systems.

Ask appropriate questions to understand customer service needs and schedule appointments accordingly.

Explain basic service scheduling procedures, appointment availability, and dealership services.

Communicate important appointment information, including expected service timeframes and drop-off instructions.

Assist customers with questions regarding service appointments and direct more complex concerns to the appropriate department.

Coordinate with service advisors and other team members to ensure accurate scheduling and a smooth customer experience.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude during every customer interaction.

Follow dealership processes and maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or scheduling experience preferred.

Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Comfortable using computers and learning new scheduling software.

Ability to remain patient, positive, and solution-oriented when assisting customers.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to learn basic automotive service terminology and dealership procedures.
