Registered Nurse - Med/Surg & Emergency Department

Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital located in Rushville, IL, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg and Emergency Department teams. • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in Med/Surg and the Emergency Department.
• Triage and prioritize patients based on clinical and psychological needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and reassessments as patient conditions change.
• Administer medications accurately and manage IVs and central lines.
• Monitor and interpret laboratory results, diagnostic imaging, and clinical indicators.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with established standards.
