What You Will Bring:

• Valid and active medical license to practice in Oregon
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current DEA license
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills with experience handling inpatient OB/GYN cases
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during 12 or 24-hour in-house call shifts
• Availability to cover a minimum of 3-5 shifts per month including day and night rotations

Additional Skills That Enhance Your Profile:

• Experience with clinic coverage, in addition to inpatient care
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual interviews
• Previous experience working in hospital or trauma settings
• Exceptional communication and patient management skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in hospital-based OB/GYN care
• Prior locum or remote practice experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Adequate case logs from the past 24 months demonstrating active clinical practice
• Willingness to work shifts structured around 12 or 24 hours
• Local candidates highly preferred for onsite accommodation
• Ability to pass credentialing, which typically takes around 90 days
• Participation in virtual interviews with the lead physician scheduled throughout June; flexibility to accommodate interview dates is appreciated
