Global Compensation Strategist

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Global Compensation Analyst to join the Human Resources team in Falls Church, VA. You will help develop, implement and administer compensation programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

You will manage annual merit cycles, salary reviews, and market benchmarking data across markets and geo-zones, including CBAs where relevant, and provide guidance to HR partners on salary actions and internal equity.
