Qualifications Job Summary Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience Experience conducting workplace investigations Knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, ADA, and EEO regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel approximately 5–10% Preferred Experience supporting multi-state operations Experience utilizing HR Case Management systems Experience supporting unionized workforces SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification Hospitality, food service, retail, or multi‑unit experience Key Responsibilities Conduct employee relations investigations Partner with HR and operational leaders to resolve workplace concerns Provide guidance on employment policies and procedures Support the SpeakUp (employee hotline) reporting process and case resolution Monitor investigation trends and recommend proactive solutions Maintain accurate documentation within the HR Case Management system Develop and facilitate Employee Relations training Partner with Legal, Labor Relations, Security, and Risk Management on complex investigations Support audits of employee relations data Promote consistent application of company policies Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and workplace culture Curious about Life at Levy?
