Detail-oriented and compassionate, the full-time Remote Medical Claims Specialist will perform outbound and inbound calls, review prior authorization requests, and verify patient eligibility and benefits while working remotely from home. Key responsibilities Perform outbound calls and assist patients with inbound inquiries Review and process prior authorization requests for medications and services Verify patient eligibility and benefits with insurance carriers Required qualifications 1+ year of recent experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively Must have high-speed internet with modem access
