Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• HCHB experience
• PT license in the state of AR
• CPR certification
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Weekend requirement: No
• Primary responsibilities include PT evaluations, reassessments, start of care visits for home health patients, and treatment visits as needed
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
