Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

HMD Trucking is recruiting experienced solo OTR CDL-A Dry Van drivers operating from Gardner, KS for nationwide freight runs. Drivers handle predictable long-haul freight in late-model equipment (under three years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, supported by reliable in-house maintenance. Starting pay is 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and bonus programs for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and deliver dry van freight across OTR routes.
• Keep accurate logs, manifests and electronic documentation.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery windows.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience.
