Job Description

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our concierge-style medical practice. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, calm, and personalized experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology.

Greet patients with a friendly, attentive, and professional attitude
Provide a high-touch, concierge-level experience at all times
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with care and efficiency
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic systems
Coordinate patient flow and ensure a smooth front office operation
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred

• Proficiency with athenahealth (or similar EMR systems)

• Comfortable using Square or comparable payment platforms

• Strong computer and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

• Professional appearance and demeanor
