Completion of the Tenstreet application is required to move forward in the hiring process. Duties and Responsibilities Inspect the truck pre‑ and post‑trip. Accurately complete vehicle inspection sheets, fuel consumption logs, daily log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and expense reports. Ensure all cargo is loaded, checked, and safely secured during transit. Assist with or oversee loading and unloading of cargo to ensure secure transit. Acquire all proper signatures on shipping/receiving documents. Monitor the maintenance and repair of the truck. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and representing the company positively. Follow all Federal and State DOT regulations as well as warehouse safety regulations. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience 1+ years recent commercial delivery‑driving experience or willingness to complete the company driving training program. Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record. Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability. Good hand‑eye coordination. Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills and Experience Previous experience working in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (testing and repair) or forward logistics operation. Strong commitment to customer service. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs as necessary. Flexible early morning shifts. Comfortable sitting for extended periods.
