WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have

• Guide guests through the Lexus lineup with growing product knowledge and confidence -- connecting the brand's reliability, technology, and refinement to what matters most to each buyer

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience

• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use

• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

• Stay current on Lexus product updates, technology features, and the hybrid and EV lineup

• Represent Lexus of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales required.

• Internet sales or BDC experience a strong plus

• Must live within 30 miles of Thousand Oaks, CA -- required

• Luxury or import brand experience preferred -- Lexus, Toyota, or similar backgrounds a strong advantage

• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and you earn trust before you ask for the sale

• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career over time

• Clear, honest communicator -- Lexus guests are informed and they appreciate a consultant who is straightforward and prepared

• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A genuine hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Lexus standard and you hold yourself to it
