Gameday Staff, Green Team

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Alumni Alley (set up/break down, crowd control, hype crowd, broadcast appearance)
• Assist with gameday activations
• Monitor food and beverage, custodial, merchandise issues on all levels, including clubs
• Support other departments as needed
• Act as eyes and ears observer for all aspects of the gameday experience in all areas of the stadium
• Enhance the gameday experience for the fans
• Engage with fans about their experience, announce activations and new features

Requirements:

• Must commit to working ALL NY Jets home games, including preseason
• Professional demeanor, hospitable and customer service oriented
• Ability to muti-task in a fast paced environment
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner
• Attention to detail, proven ability to problem solve and act with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
• Must have transportation to and from MetLife Stadium
• Comfortable outside in the elements
• You cannot receive school credit for this position

The salary for this role: $16.00/hour
