The Community Mobile Support Team (CMST) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Community Mobile Support Team. This position has some administrative and clinical functions within the Community Mobile Support Team to effectively organize the Team's workload, liaison with law enforcement partners, and represent Peace River Center at community events. The CMST Supervisor reports to and assists the Director of Crisis Support Services.

e.I nterviews and make recommendations for applicants seeking to fill vacant positions within the program.

f. Meets regularly with Crisis Counselors either in-person and/or via ZOOM to discuss and identify potential programmatic issues and review difficult cases.

g. Meet with various law enforcement officials to troubleshoot, develop and implement programmatic process for efficient program operations.

h. Provide community presentations to promote program.

i. Contact and meet with identified clients to assess their service needs.

j. Respond to client crisis situations to provide assessment, intervention and crisis resolution planning.

k. On call to program staff to provide regular consultation on cases.

l. Work with the Director of Crisis Response Services to develop program resources that are efficient, fiscally responsible and effective.

m. Conduct onboarding with new staff through orientation to the program and training on service provisions.

n. Displays high standards of ethical conduct. Exhibits honesty and integrity. Refrains from theft-related, dishonest, or unethical behavior.

o. Maintain all necessary documentation on service activities.

p. Coordinate with CRT Program Assistant to maintain CMST schedule

q. Contribute to the agency-wide Quality Improvement efforts by participating on the Environment of Care Committee.

Essential Duties/Requirements:

·Ability to conduct crisis assessments, intervention and crisis resolution planning in various settings.

·Ability to be on-call for case consultation and guidance as scheduled.

·Ability to conduct follow-up assessments and contacts.

·Ability to review staff timesheets and PTO requests as needed

·Ability to review and provide guidance on CMST staff documentation.

·Ability to conduct public speaking engagements as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

Master's degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience with mental health programs

Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.

Life Safety Equipment (fire extinguisher)

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation

Technology Requirement:

As an employee of Peace River Center, if you are not assigned a company-issued phone, you will be required to authorize the use of the Microsoft Authenticator app on your personal mobile device. This is necessary to access our payroll and communication system, Datis, and Microsoft email, as examples.This will ensure secure and efficient communication with the organization.

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and consists of exposure to physical conditions typical of a normal office environment. The populations cared for will include patients who are confused, delusional, irrational, agitated, or uncooperative. Most of the work is performed while sitting, although the work may require occasional standing or walking and/or the lifting and carrying of small objects. A small amount of travel may be required for meetings, etc., to another PRC location.
