What You’ll Be Doing As a Member Services Representative you provide members with an outstanding experience and encourage them to achieve their fitness goals. You make them feel like family in a clean, judgment‑free environment. Ensure the club is super clean because our members value this and we’re known for it. Help new and current members join fitness classes. Introduce members to our Black Card amenities and highlight the benefits. Assist at the welcome desk checking members in, providing greetings and farewells, and offer energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities. Lead by example – passion, love for the job, and a fun attitude that invites members to do the same. Work a varied schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Passion for helping others. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel, and handle hazardous chemicals. Reliable punctuality because people depend on you. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Physical Demands Occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50lbs.
