A Day in the Life As a Customer Service Payment Specialist, you'll: Weigh customer vehicles on a truck scale (weigh in/weigh out) Print and issue checks for scrap metal purchases with accuracy. Greet every customer warmly, answer questions, and resolve minor issues. Keep precise records and reconcile totals at the end of each day.Support the team with paperwork, filing, and keeping the office organized. Collaborate with coworkers to handle rush periods and maintain smooth operations. What You Need to Succeed Experience in cashiering, customer service, or administrative support is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfort with basic office software and record keeping systems. A positive attitude and flexibility in a fast paced environment. Reliable transportation and willingness to complete background and bonding processes. You must be available Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm AND Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm.
