Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis. Draft interrogatories and document requests. Review document productions. Submit filings to the court. Requirements Admission to practice in Massachusetts. Admission to additional New England bars preferred. Excellent academic credentials. Education J.D. degree.
