Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire an experienced full-time HVAC Installation Technician to engage with our customers and provide them with exceptional customer service. You will also install and replace HVAC systems, ductwork, and wiring. The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month. To ensure your success, we provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training.Our HVAC Installation Technician position offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$90,000/year plus excellent benefits. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events.
