OB/GYN Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Location: Michigan

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour night shifts, Saturday to Friday.

Job Description: The Memorial Family Birth Place serves over 500 families each year, providing new mothers with the comforts of home during their Labor, Delivery, and Recovery experience. The Family Birth Place obstetric team values caring and compassion, fostering an encouraging environment for mothers and their support persons throughout the maternity and delivery journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care in LDRP, including labor monitoring, triage, delivery, circulating, C-sections, newborn care, and postpartum couplet care.
• Support mothers and their families before, during, and after delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in obstetric care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of OB/GYN nursing experience.
• High proficiency in LDRP.
• Active Michigan RN License.
• Current certifications in BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, and AWHONN.
• STABLE certification preferred.
• Must pass a dysrhythmia test prior to working on the floor.
