• Compensation: $235,000 + productivity incentives- Signing bonus up to $25,000- Relocation bonus up to $10,000

Requirements to be considered for this role include the following:- Michigan state medical license- Board certification in Family Medicine- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license- State of Michigan driver's license and valid automobile insurance- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
