Job Title: Customer Service/Admin

Job Description

The role involves entering new jobs into our system and ensuring their completion. You will communicate with customers via email and phone regarding material selection and scheduling, and send emails with web links to request deposit payments. Additionally, you will liaise with the shop regarding fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Enter new jobs into the system and track them to completion.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone for material selection and scheduling.
• Send emails with web links to customers for deposit payments.
• Coordinate with the fabrication shop.
• Provide administrative support and handle customer service tasks.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls.
• Process job orders and data entry.
• Track and manage orders effectively.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong administrative support skills.
• Experience with purchase orders.
• Effective phone communication skills.
• Data entry proficiency.
• Experience in the construction or similar industry is ideal.

Work Environment

You will work side by side with a team of five, with estimators located on the second floor. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monrovia, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.64/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
