Essential Duties & Responsibilities Organize projects in the field and maintain active knowledge of project parameters. Obtain and study project drawings and specifications, including the scope of work defined by the contract with the General contractor. Maintain open communication with the General contractor and attend project meetings. Maintain records, documents, and approved submittals; notify the project manager if any submittals are missing. Maintain a daily log of potential changes or back charges that may warrant attention, and report them to project managers. If approved, prepare and submit change order requests before the 20th of every month and keep a log of all CORs. Write and submit all requests for information (RFIs) and maintain a log of all RFIs. Maintain a clean work site. Install plumbing systems. Train journeymen, apprentices, and laborers. Supervise all Jet personnel under your responsibility and report tardiness and disciplinary issues to the general manager. Maintain a daily record of timesheets for all Jet employees you supervise; submit timesheets to the office and sign off on them before submission. Maintain a positive workplace; coordinate in advance with other trades, especially other Jet divisions, and resolve issues before reporting to the General contractor. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Active driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. 2+ years of plumbing foreman experience (preferred). Experience with large commercial, mixed‑use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects. Ability to read and follow plans and specifications. Ability to communicate effectively with the crew, maximize efficiency, meet project schedules, and deliver high‑quality projects on time. Basic proficiency in English required for safety purposes and effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on site.
