• Cash‑based practice (we accept Medicare) – patients who value your expertise
• 8 patients/day average vs. 14‑20 at high‑volume insurance clinics
• 90‑minute pelvic floor evals – time to actually assess and educate
• 45‑60 minute ortho follow‑ups – not 20‑minute slots
• You’ll have time to educate, treat, and get results
