Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 pm - 6:00 am



Pay Rate: $27.60 - $32.20 per hour Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate LVNs for a travel assignment in Texas . The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care, assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Promote patient safety and quality care.

Requirements

• Active LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year recent nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.

• Schedule: 6pm-6am
• Openings: 1 night Shift Positions
• Position Type: Travel Contract
• Pay Range: $27.60 - $32.20 per hour
