Job Summary and Qualifications Provides direction and leadership to the facility building, construction and maintenance programs. Plans, coordinates and directs the functions and activities of the Department of Plant Operations to ensure continuous efficient and economical operation of the hospital's equipment, machines, plant, and building, achieving set objectives within budgetary limits and in accordance with all regulatory licensing, codes and standards. Responsible for meeting JCAHO Standards, facility regulatory requirements, complying with corporate policy and procedures. What qualifications you will need: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience 5 to 8 years related experience in facilities management Leadership experience Demonstrated success and abilities in leadership, achieving results, communications, customer service and health care management.
