Position Summary Located in the Shelbyville market, this position offers the opportunity to function as a crew lead and to interact with customers through the installation of solid surface, granite, and quartz surfaces. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Ensuring strong communication with customers (including effective problem resolution when applicable) Reading orders and installing countertops to customer specifications Facilitating safe, efficient, and precise installation of products Obtaining proper customer sign off for work completed At Lumbermen's, our business is built on relationships. This position offers a $400 annual clothing allowance for uniform, protective footwear, and PPE.
