Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rockville, MD

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and other facility systems across multiple sites.
• Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Travel between various facilities to ensure proper functioning of all mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, readings, and adjustments.
• Monitor and oversee the work of outside contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
